Stephanie Ridley

Stephanie Ridley joined Helium Advisors in 2019 and is the Service and Operations Lead. As service and operations lead, she oversees the entire operations of the firm. She ensures that the onboarding process runs smoothly for new clients and that the team is meeting the needs of our existing clients.

She has over 20 years of customer service experience, which includes 10 years of management experience. Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish. She loves building solid relationships with her clients. In her free time Stephanie enjoys spending time with her two kids and traveling the world with her family. Stephanie grew up in Oregon and after 17 years of living in the Seattle area, has moved back to her roots; Oregon.
